The aim of this study was to determine plasma concentrations of cortisol and thyroid hormones of goats in the winter and summer Garfagnina Italian. Eighty lactating goats Garfagnina were randomly selected for blood collection. There were differences between the stations on the plasma concentrations of cortisol and thyroid hormones (T3-triiodothyronine and thyroxine 4-T), with higher values (p <0.001) during winter compared to summer, keeping the rectal temperature within limits suitable for goats, concluding that these are animals adapted to these different conditions
