Abstract
We investigate the evolution of reflection-generated Alfve ́n waves turbulence from the photosphere out to the Earth’s orbit. Photosphere and chromosphere are mod- eled as isothermal layers in static equilibrium, connect- ing across the transition region with a corona and wind. Nonlinear coupling between waves propagating in oppo- site directions is modeled by a phenomenological term, containing an integral turbulent length scale. Spectrum modification remains similar to what is found in a linear analysis and some characteristic features - i.e. oscilla- tions at higher frequencies- persist despite nonlinear in- teractions.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
