All over the world it is possible to take into account more than 140 posthumous works, realized after the original designer death and attributed to them, considering only the buildings realized after the arrival of modern technology, in the 20th and 21st centuries. Despite this large cases and the importance of many of these buildings (like the Sagrada Familia, or the Church of Firminy-Vert), a specific literature about this topic is almost completely absent. In recent years the research group has carried out studies on the analysis of the most famous posthumous works in order to identify the complex issues. In particular, it has been possible to study the most important posthumous building designed by G. Michelucci (like the Villa Strozzi’s Limonaia, or the main building of Valdimontone), thanks to the research made at the unpublished archive of Bruno Sacchi, a close associate of the master. In fact, due to the numerous works made in collaboration with him, Sacchi has been designated to complete some of this unrealized building. This paper will analyze the works which are the result of a re-elaboration design carried out by Sacchi and whose design process lasted more than twenty years due to various reasons.

Abstract
This paper will analyze the works which are the result of a re-elaboration design carried out by Sacchi and whose design process lasted more than twenty years due to various reasons.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
