Traumatic abdominal wall hernia (TAWH) is an uncommon clinical entity caused by blunt trauma due to impact of the abdominal wall against a bicycle handlebar. Herein we describe a case of TAWH in a six year-old boy which sustained an abdominal trauma due to an accidental fall from his bicycle and discuss its management.

Abstract
