The present invention refers to 5-phenyl-6,8-dioxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane derivatives of general formula (I), for use as inhibitors of Hsl7p, a positive regulator of the G2/S transition, inducing both fungal cells death and modulation of the host immune response by modifying the fungalantigenic properties and their pharmaceutical compositions useful in the treatment of fungal infections, in particular human and plants mycoses.
