In the last years, different test methods have been used for the evaluation of the thermo- viscoelastic properties of interlayer in laminated glass. Even latest standards prEN 16613 [1] propose three different test methods. A short review of the test methods collected from the literature is proposed and some considerations are made on strengths and weaknesses. The necessity is stressed to converge to a number of test methods limited as possible and adequately simple, that can be applied in the most of research laboratories.
