Architecture of Earth and Shade

Creating architecture out of earth represents a veritable nostos: a journey into the depths of the beginnings, back towards when man first learned how to build. But also a return to the future, as the projective rediscovery of its innovative environmental harmony. Balancing age-old but outdated skills and technological and cultural contemporariness, designing with the most ancient of building materials constituted the theoretical and applicative field of some teaching workshops and a pilot project.
