This paper evaluates and estimates the damages of two populations of mouoflon (Ovis orientalis musimon) on the woody vegetation in the Mediterranean maquis of the Capraia and Elba Islands in the Tuscan Archipelago, Northern Mediterranean, Italy. Also, the spread of browsing damage in the study area is described.

Abstract
