This essay, beginning with an analysis of recent italian jurisprudence concerning same sex marriage, euthanasia and biological testament, intends to explore the growth and development of a new branch of legal science: the biolaw. The research tries to point out the theoretical origins of biolaw, represented by the idea of a post-mortal society, of a mankind finally able to overcome death, as a result of a new anthropolgy dominated by the techno-scientific paradigm.
