西行之路——对意大利中国移民的观察

An overview on some aspects of Chinese presence in Italy, with a focus on cultural outcomes of Chinese migration to Italy. The chapters touch on the general facts of Chinese migration to Italy, from the beginning of the XX century to nowadays; social mobility of Chinese migrants in Italy and their attachment to Italian society and culture; language use and identity construction of children of Chinese immigrants in Italy; literary production by Chinese in Italy. Based on different methodologies (ethnographic multisited fieldwork; interviews, questionnaires, cultural analysis), the work breifly presents a set of issues on Chinese migration to Italy that have never before been address speficically through a cultural lense.
