Strategie di rilievo per la documentazione di via Palazzuolo a Firenze

The paper reports the experience of survey and restitution of Via Palazzuolo in Florence, made using two main methods: the survey with the traditional instrument, direct survey and Total Station, and photogrammetric survey with SFM technology (Structure From Motion). The aim of the documentation is to obtain two-dimensional drawings that describes the architecture of buildings in all its complexity, starting from physical appearance to the measure of the elements. In order to produce a useful documentation of the street and of the buildings were made thematic drawings and sheets to describe as good as possible all the textural aspects and types of decay. To understand the relationship of these elements, one to each other, and the relations with the entire building, it is of fundamental importance for a subsequent intervention of reordering and valorization of the road.
