This paper intends to outline a framework in the field of architectural survey, which can lead to the creation of reliable parametric models of historic buildings (HBIM) using different techniques for capturing geometrical data. The focus of attention in this study is the levels of accuracy and interoperability of these models in relation to different specialized simulation phases. The proper choice of LOD makes it possible to calibrate the complexity of the parametric modeling strategies through the implementation of parametric objects repertoires based on different geometric acquisition criteria.

Abstract
This paper intends to outline a framework in the field of architectural survey, which can lead to the creation of reliable parametric models of historic buildings (HBIM) using different techniques for capturing geometrical data. The focus of attention in this study is the levels of accuracy and interoperability of these models in relation to different specialized simulation phases. The proper choice of LOD makes it possible to calibrate the complexity of the parametric modeling strategies through the implementation of parametric objects repertoires based on different geometric acquisition criteria.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
