Oleoy- lethanolamide (OEA) exerts an antidepressant-like effect. We previously have observed that neuronal histamine (HA) participates to OEA-induced central effects. Thus, we investigated if brain HA is also required for OEA-induced antidepressant-like effect in mice using the Tail Suspension Test (TST), a classical behavioural paradigm of antide- pressant-like activity.

Abstract
Oleoy- lethanolamide (OEA) exerts an antidepressant-like effect. We previously have observed that neuronal histamine (HA) participates to OEA-induced central effects. Thus, we investigated if brain HA is also required for OEA-induced antidepressant-like effect in mice using the Tail Suspension Test (TST), a classical behavioural paradigm of antide- pressant-like activity.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
