Due to the signicant growth in transportation industries, 2 the importance of interactions between vehicle technolo- 3 gies and humans from the safety aspect plays an important 4 role in the new developments of complex vehicle systems. 5 Therefore, from academic and industrial viewpoints, increas- 6 ing attention has been paid to complex vehicle correlative 7 technologies with full consideration of issues like safety, 8 robust performance, impact analysis, optimization, automa- 9 tion, motion control, etc. All aforementioned issues provide a 10 basis for the design and operation of practical vehicle systems 11 in order to achieve desired complex tasks.
