Il contributo presenta e descrive i temi affrontati nella pubblicazione curata da S. Bertocci, S. Parrinello e R. Vital e intitolata “Masada Notebooks. Report of the research project 2014”. Il progetto di ricerca riguarda il rilievo e la documentazione del sito archeologico di Masada in Israele, patrimonio mondiale Unesco. Le attività di ricerca si sono protratte per tre anni dal 2013 al 2015 e si sono focalizzate sulla documentazione, rilievo e rappresentazione del sito archeologico. Data la complessità del progetto e l'elevata accuratezza dei risultati il libro è stato incluso nella lista dei lavori presentati nella pubblicaione del Prof. Manganaro recensito da Sara Porzilli. ENGLISH version: The paper presents and describes the themes dealt with in the publication edited by S. Bertocci, S. Parrinello and R. Vital and entitled "Masada Notebooks. Report of the research project 2014 ". The research project concerns the survey and documentation of the archaeological site of Masada in Israel, Unesco world heritage. The research activities lasted for three years from 2013 to 2015 and focused on the documentation, survey and representation of the archaeological site. Considering the complexity of the project and the high accuracy of the results, the book has been included in the list of works presented in the publication of Prof. Manganaro reviewed by Sara Porzilli.
