The Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel” in Tirana was founded in 2004 as part of the social assistance and promotion activities carried out since the 90s in Albania by the Congregation for Religious Sons of the Immaculate Conception. The Degree Course in Architecture has started its teaching activities in the 2015/2016 Academic Year, responding to the expectations not only of students, but also of those in Albania, who see in the Italian architectural culture a sure reference in the development of design processes to various levels and in a historical moment of strong urban and territorial transformations for the whole country.
