In this chapter, a longitudinal latent regression model that uses the Rasch analysis as a measurement tool is proposed for the first time. It consists of a random intercept and slopes logistic model with covariates at the second aggregation level. The imple- mentation of the model is performed in SAS, through the Nlmixed procedure. In such a way, it is possible to achieve better flexibility for the utilization by users of general statistical softwares.

Abstract
