Abstract
A series of cis/trans ester isomers, that showed high efficacy to reverse the acquired resistance of cancer cells during chemotherapeutic therapy was studied as candidate drugs. In order to evaluate their stability in human plasma, a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed together with a mathematical algorithm, that is able to identify the isomers present in analyzed samples, without their chromatographic separation.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
