We prospectively gathered clinical data of 645 patients treated with robotic partial nephrectomy at Careggi Hospital from January 2011 to December 2016. Renal function (RF) loss was assessed using the threshold of a ≥20% eGFR drop from baseline. Resection technique was reported according to the Surface-Intermediate-Base (SIB) score. The ERASE seems a safe procedure with excellent mid-term oncologic and functional outcomes. Larger studies and a longer followup are needed to further confirm these results.

Abstract
