La funzione legislativa (e il rapporto maggioranza-opposizione)

The article analyses the main transformations of the legislative function in the perspective of the evolution of the Italian government and namely the relationship between majority and opposition. The thesis that we intend to argue is that the development of primary sources of law and parliamentary procedures has led to a fragmentation of the legislative function, which was considered as unitary within the Italian constitutional framework. The article ends with a synthetic consideration of the reforms that the Italian Parliament should introduce in the next future.
