Our results demonstrate that cfDNA mutation screening with a commercial kit allows the detection of both germline and somatic BRCA1/2 mutations at the same time, permitting to monitor the presence of possible reverse mutations, which could affect the efficacy of PARP inhibitors.

Abstract
