Segmental labelling approaches applied to NMR studies of multidomain proteins in vitro and in-cell

Doctoral thesis in Structural Biology focused on two different main research projects. The first one aims to deepen the understanding of the interactions in multi-domain protein complexes through the application of segmental isotope labelling approaches, while the second is focused on the development of a methodology to perform protein-based drug screening by in-cell NMR.
