In this thesis new methods concerning the application of sampling Kantorovich operators to real world problems are proposed and their results are revised. In particular, after a theoretical introduction, problems connected with: segmentation of thermal bridges, spatial localizazion of acoustic bridges, individuation of pervious lumen of aorta vessel by computed tomography images without contrast medium, improvement of OCTA retinal vessels image quality, are investigated.
