Abstract

Geometric Measure Theory (GMT) is by now a classical subject, having a well-recognized independent status, but also sharing plentiful natural connections to many other areas of mathematics. This set of lecture notes contains applications of GMT to the structure of PDEs constrained measure, to free boundary problems and to the theory of water waves.
