Organotipic models of human skin in vitro haave greatly improved the possibility to better understand the function and the role of specific pathogenetic cytokines. In this peculiar model of skin, the Authors have studied the effects of a psoriatic microenvironment in order to better define the very early pathogenetic events in psoriasis.
