The aim of this paper is to describe a competence framework for school inclusion. A review of national and international literature was conducted to collect the main sources of information on teacher observation and evaluation tools. Teacher’s education needs to overcome the gap between general and special education. High level of self-efficacy correspond to higher quality of inclusive education. To understand disability as an educational responsibility for all teachers and provide a tool for self-assessment of their own perceptions, knowledge and skills on school inclusion.
