Brevi note sul contributo recente della Corte costituzionale alla qualità della legislazione

This essay stresses three basic aspects linkedto the relationship between constitutional justice and legislative drafting within the Italian context. The first concerns the most recent transformations of the judicial reviewof legislation. The second aspect concerns the relationship between legislative drafting and legislative production. The third aspect concerns the broader problem of the need to establish the principles of good regulatory technique in order to guarantee high-quality legislation.
