Chondroblastoma-like osteosarcoma (CBLOS) is a rare and poorly understood variant of OS. We examined the clinicopathological, immunohistochemical and molecular features of six CBLOSs to highlight the differences with conventional high-grade OS (CHGOS) and CB, including CB with aggressive features.
