We aimed to assess the effect of the Intermediate Allele of huntingtin gene on progression of cognitive impairment in patients with subjective cognitive decline (SCD). Intermediate alleles interact with age and APOE ɛ4, increasing the risk of progression to MCI in SCD patients.
