Uomini, oggetti, ombre: Ferroni, o dell’insofferenza

In the essay, I reconstruct the activity of Gianfranco Ferroni through a comparison between the prints, the drawings and the paintings which compose his multifaceted body of work. Spanning the whole trajectory of his career, with special focus on his participation in the group of the so-called "Realismo Esistenziale", the essay provides a contribution in reassessing the relevance of the artist, which hasn't been properly acknowledged yet.
