Music plays a key role in the treatment of neurological disorders such as Rett Syndrome, widely researched and verified in every part of the world, the relationship between music and therapy goes beyond the educational and relational, as we could see from the experiences cited in literature and from the applied research at the Integration Center Zahrada in Prague with four children of seven, eleven, fourteen and twenty years, the vibroacoustic stimulation as the use of musical instruments live performed in active and receptive way has allowed to effectively control the statusof anxiety and agitation caused by the disease and consequently reduce in a remarkable way muscle spasms, hand-washing, digestion.
