Gabriele Bartocci. Opere e progetti

Le architetture descritte nel libro, quasi tutte progettate nelle Marche, rappresentano il tentativo di porsi in continuità con la tradizione costruttiva del contesto in cui sono state concepite, un modo di far fluire il patrimonio del passato nel presente attraverso un’interpretazione tipologica delle permanenze ambientali identitarie, attraverso una mutazione e una reiterazione del tipo architettonico quale “stato naturale” autoctono, quale tratto distintivo e specifico del sito di progetto. Ogni intervento mostra una condizione dinamica dello spazio dove il senso descrittivo del progetto è quello di esprimere un processo in atto, un’azione in compimento, il fermoimmagine di un ideale movimento di masse, di caduta di luce, di proiezione di piani che si fa esplicazione e commento di un tema compositivo, riverbero dell’identità del luogo decifrata e riproposta in chiave contemporanea. The architectures presented in the book, almost all designed in the Marche region, represent an attempt to place themselves in continuity with the constructive tradition of the context in which they were conceived, a way of making the heritage of the past flow into the present through a typological interpretation of environmental permanence identity, through a mutation and a reiteration of the architectural type as an autochthonous "natural state", as a distinctive and specific trait of the project site. Each intervention shows a dynamic condition of the space where the descriptive meaning of the project is to express an ongoing process, an action in completion, the freeze-frame of an ideal movement of masses, of a fall of light, of a projection of planes that becomes explanation and commentary of a compositional theme, reverberation of the identity of the place deciphered and reproposed in a contemporary key.
