This thesis evaluates climate change impacts on floods at three spatial scales: regional, river basin, and infrastructure scale. Particularly, it proposes two different methodologies. First, a methodology to assess climate change impact on design floods (river basin scale) and hydrological dam safety (infrastructure scale). Second, a methodology to adapt the design floods at the regional scale to cope with the uncertainty that affects the impact of climate change on flash floods in small ungauged river basins.
