Design per l'inclusione sociale: un tool di analisi per i servizi basati sulla condivisione [Design for Social Inclusion: an analytical tool for Sharing-Based Services]

The research project addressed some of the multiple aspects related to the European and the world’s population ageing. This is leading to profound social changes globally and every generation is involved. Health services and different forms of care are stressed out by these conditions. At the same time, contexts and services based on ‘sharing’ have the potential to support the promotion of health in favour of the reduction of health care during ageing. From a design for inclusion perspective, this thesis explored the social inclusion and exclusion fields of knowledge and the social innovation paradigm. The main result is the development of the Sharinc Toolkit that allows the analysis and the design of shared-based service systems according to an approach that considers the exclusion and inclusion points of view in service design.
