Presupposti per la configurazione e la dichiarazione di guerra cibernetica

The emergence of “unconventional” methods used to wage war raises the question of whether and how it is appropriate to determine a regulatory framework in order to identify jus ad bellum rules in cyberspace. The present essay aims to outline similarities and differences between traditional and cyberwarfare, to draw the line between legitimate and illegitimate cyberwarfare and to suggest some solutions.
