Cultural Heritage diagnostics is crucial for targeted protection strategies, preserving artifact integrity and understanding materials and conservation status. The proposed methodology integrates Non-Destructive Techniques (NDTs), laser scanning, and GIS elaboration with macroscopic and minero-petrographic analysis. Using Sonic Velocity and Schmidt Hammer tests, it provides insights into structure thickness and surface properties, aiding in a comprehensive understanding of overall condition and critical areas. 3D models visually represent results, facilitating identification of areas for closer examination. Applied to XVI century loggia columns in a Florentine building, this approach supports restoration efforts in line with the Venice Charter conservation principles.
