This paper presents the procedures for the CLE analysis of the municipality of Poppi (AR). The CLE analysis (Limit Condition in Emergency) applies in the event that the urban settlement is damaged following an extraordinary event, resulting in the disruption of almost all functions. It is a tool designed for the integration of assistance measures for seismic risk mitigation, which validates the Civil Protection system of emergency management. In the Poppi case, CLE analysis is based on the old town integrated digital survey, that serves as a diagnostic tool to identify strategic buildings, areas and infrastructures when filling in the cataloguing sheets. The cataloguing sheets and the map data are computerised with appropriate software. GIS software is therefore useful to correlate different types of collected data, to guarantee a univocal and standardised representation of the CLE elements and to ensure the updating and easy consultation of the data.

Abstract
GIS software is therefore useful to correlate different types of collected data, to guarantee a univocal and standardised representation of the CLE elements and to ensure the updating and easy consultation of the data.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
