Chemosensory alterations in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy: methodological aspects and risk factors for their development

Comparison of different methodologies used to assess chemosensory alterations in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy (psychophysical tests - aqueous solutions - and self-reported questionnaires - Chemotherapy induced Taste Alteration Scale) and investigation of potential risk factors influencing their development in terms of oral responsiveness markers (PROP) and psychological traits (food neophobia and sensitivity to disgust).
