Abstract

This thesis uses solution NMR spectroscopy to study the structure, dynamics, and interactions of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein. By analyzing different constructs of increasing complexity, it highlights the role of intrinsically disordered regions in mediating multivalent protein–polyanion interactions and dynamic conformational behavior.
