Forme organizzative dello sport postmoderno

This writing, according a first-version text for didattic reasons, has focused only on italian sport bodies a "private law" point of view in order to withdraw an interpretation of some rules and issues together with fundamental references quotation to be useful to deepen them. The analysis on italian sport bodies ("associazioni" and "società sportive") is interesting for both theretical and pragmatic reasons because of their evolution and "neutrality" of the legal form adopted (profit or non profit organisations)as affected by civil law, lex specialis and EC Court rilungs in a complex interaction of statutory law and sport law.
