The training manual is finalised to teach local tachnicians, workers and administrators for a safe and sustainable reconstruction activity in order to reach the goals: Improved earthquake resistance building. Improved quality of housing and building. The people presently reconstruction wide use of local materials engaging in reconstruction with their own natural resources. The people are able to avoid the bottlenecks of importing materials and Construction Company. Reduce the cost of reconstruction.
