Duodenogastric reflux is a common and complex motor disorder; diagnosis is referred to different techniques. Gastroduodenal manometry identifies gastric and duodenal motor disorders, while gastric pH-monitoring points out the duodenogastric reflux episodes, typified by simultaneous measurements of bile acids.- Scintigraphic technique(”Tc-HIDA) is suggested in patients with gastric ipocloridry, and, at last, endoscopy shows organic lesions of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum.
