The building must allow lighting (natural and artificial) control for maintenance, protection and historical reading of the works of art. Malachite Room in the Stibbert Museum of Florence (Italy) is the object of study of the present paper. This is a crucial study due to the highest presence of natural light and differences of the objects exhibited inside.
