In a complex and changing society like ours, the research group has faced a considerable challenge: identifying, recognizing and accepting the demands of care workers. This allowed to go over the formative/ transformative action, always bearing in mind the main focus of the project: the prevention of “submerged” violence in care institutions. During the first months of the project the research has provided an amazing reserve of data, information and theoretical-practical orientation, able to give a basis and a direction to the definition of the training courses carried out afterwards. On the other hand, the researchers have performed a listening work of needs and perceptions of the staff within that busy, populated, multicultural environment represented by the residential services for minors and the elderly. On the whole, four training paths were explored; one in Spain, one in Romania, and two in Italy. The training paths have tackled different content material and indeed the targets were different. Spain carried out a coaching activity focused on the leadership and management’s roles within institutions for the elderly. The Romanians and their Italian partners have involved social welfare workers in the vast majority of instances. All the chapters in the essay deals with both contents and training methodology.

Abstract
All the chapters in the essay deals with both contents and training methodology.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
