The present chapter presents an innovative dialogue life construction intervention entitled “Constructing my future purposeful life”. In its ontogeny the intervention reflects the phylogenesis of the fundamental narrative career theories of reference for the 21st century, from Career Construction (Savickas, 2001, 2005, 2011a) through Self-Construction (Guichard, 2004, 2005, 2008, 2010) to Life Construction (Guichard, 2013), strengthening the two key meta-competencies for the 21st century: adaptability and identity (Guichard, 2013; Savickas, 2013). The new dialogue life construction intervention was born as applicative integration of these theories with the aim to increase the purposeful identitarian awareness, the construct of the Purposeful Self and the Life Meaningfulness. After the detailed description of the three modules of the new intervention, a study to verify its effectiveness in a context of the power of the audience group-based intervention is presented. Two groups of university students were involved in the study, an experimental group (36 participants) who received the intervention and a control group (37 participants) who did not receive any intervention. The results underlined the value of the new dialogue intervention “Constructing my future purposeful life”. The effectiveness of the intervention was verified through a quali+quanti perspective.
