The chapter contains the typological study and the catalogue of the pottery in cooking wares from the Neopalatial House I at Petras, Crete. The study of cooking wares is a sector still not well developed for Minoan Crete. With this and other studies, the author illustrates typological, functional and regional differences, and gives an outlines of the capacity measures used for common wares.
