Educazione permanente e cultura di pace: percorsi culturali per comprendere il razzismo e l'antisemitismo e prevenire i conflitti distruttivi

The ongoing violence we daily witness across the globe leads us to the tragic conclusion that the devilish idea of exterminating one's fellow humans, as epitomized in the Nazi Holocaust (The Shoah), is in fact still widely practiced. Simply remembering and memorializing genocide is not sufficient to end this cycle of violence and destruction. We need in-depth investigation and analysis the Shoah as an integral part of European history in order to understand its roots. The author uses a critical approach to build an educational reflection aimed to deconstruct any forms of violence and to promote the culture of peace.
