Le territoire « milieu » d’énergie. Patrimoine énergétique et développement local pour la bio-région urbaine. Le cas des Pouilles et de la province de Prato.

The article explores the relationship between the different level of morphological assets of the territory and the energy issues. That especially addressing the need to pay a new attention , in planning practice and landscape design, to the role of "embodied landscape energy" contained in landscape and territory structures and in fostering design appraches fitting with that long-lasting forms especially aimed to reduce the demands for external and fossile energy sources provisioning.
