Tools to be used for the analysis of the measures in lifelong learning policies

Policy learning aimed at innovating policies and measures can be supported by services and tools that guide decision makers in knowing about results and impact achieved in foreign territories and in their decision making processes. Support services may be of different kinds. Some have been arranged and tested in some European Regional Governments as described in the research volume
