This publication is the summarization of the results of the Erasmus + KA2 MECEC+ project, born with the goal of contributing to the improvement of the inclusion of disadvantaged children and the development of their skills, for guaranteeing equal opportunity to access to school education. The aim of MECEC+ was to realize a comparative analysis of early childhood education and care in three countries Italy (Tuscany), Hungary (Budapest), Spain (Catalonia) through the analysis of educators's needs.
